We are looking for problem-solvers who want top-tier equipment without the upfront costs. We provide a full equipment package (laptop, diagnostic tools, and company vehicle) and offer full relocation assistance for qualified candidates relocating to the area.
In this role, you will be the face of our technical excellence, ensuring our clients receive world-class service while utilizing premium, provided equipment.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot complex industrial equipment at client locations.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Manage on-site logistics and coordinate with warehouse teams for equipment deployment.
- Document service reports and maintain accurate records of all on-site activities.
- Train clients on the proper operation and safety features of provided equipment.
- Travel to various job sites within the region as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate degree in Electronics, Mechanics, or related field preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Proven experience with diagnostic tools and technical troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently while traveling.
- Willingness to relocate to Chula Vista, CA (Relocation assistance provided).
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
