Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency, productivity, and quality of service.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of operations professionals, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Analyze operational data and metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Manage the operational budget, allocating resources effectively to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and sales, to align operational strategies.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Drive strategic initiatives to reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the SaaS or technology sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving process optimization initiatives.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira) and data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with budget management, financial forecasting, and P&L accountability.
