Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end operational processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry standards

- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to monitor performance metrics and drive data-driven decisions
- Coordinate supply chain logistics, vendor relationships, and inventory management systems
- Drive continuous improvement through Six Sigma methodologies and Lean principles
- Manage operational budgets and resource allocation for maximum ROI
- Ensure regulatory compliance and safety protocols across all operational functions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in operations leadership, preferably in tech or logistics
- Proven expertise in process optimization and supply chain management
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools
- Excellent leadership abilities with track record of developing high-performing teams
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Deep knowledge of California labor laws and OSHA regulations
