Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field
- 7+ years progressive operations management experience in DC metropolitan area
- Proven track record optimizing complex operational systems in government-contracted environments
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data visualization tools
- PMP or Six Sigma Black Belt certification strongly preferred
