Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end operational workflows across warehouse, transportation, and inventory management
- Develop and implement KPI-driven strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs by 15%+
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals through agile methodologies
- Analyze operational data using Tableau to identify improvement opportunities
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with key logistics partners
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO 9001, and industry-specific regulations
- Drive digital transformation initiatives including WMS implementation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in operations leadership within logistics or manufacturing
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs while improving service levels
- Advanced certification in Six Sigma (Black Belt) or APICS CPIM
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and warehouse management technologies
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience $5M+
- Exceptional data analysis skills with proficiency in SQL and Power BI
- Experience managing remote teams and matrixed organizational structures
