Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management
- Develop and execute annual operational budgets with 99.5%+ accuracy
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives reducing costs by 15% annually
- Manage 15+ cross-functional teams across 3 operational shifts
- Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies and ERP system optimizations
- Ensure OSHA compliance and zero-incident safety standards
- Collaborate with C-suite on strategic expansion planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years progressive operations experience with 3+ in leadership
- Proven track record scaling distribution centers 100K+ sq ft
- Advanced proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (Manhattan, SAP)
- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent
- Experience managing unionized workforce and labor relations
- Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility
- Knowledge of Colorado labor regulations and compliance
