Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain functions
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans aligned with business objectives
- Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals with coaching and mentorship
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to ensure operational excellence
- Optimize resource allocation and budget management for cost efficiency
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO, and company safety standards
- Collaborate with executive team on long-term operational strategy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 7 years progressive operations management experience
- Proven expertise in Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics
- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional leadership skills with team development track record
- Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (ISO/AS9100)
