Qualifications
- 5+ years in operations management with P&L responsibility
- Proven expertise in supply chain optimization and logistics
- Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent process improvement experience

- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Exceptional leadership skills with 10+ direct reports
