Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including warehousing, distribution, and transportation
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies to reduce costs and improve service levels
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 15+ operations professionals
- Analyze KPIs and data to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on inventory management and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Manage annual budget and operational expense controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive operations management experience
- Proven track record in supply chain optimization and process improvement
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Expertise in logistics software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification preferred
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution abilities
