Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational KPIs and performance targets
- Develop and implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage inventory control, supply chain logistics, and vendor relationships
- Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and drive cost-saving initiatives
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety protocols, and industry regulations
- Coordinate facility maintenance and resource allocation
- Mentor staff through performance reviews and professional development plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years in operations leadership with 2+ years in team management
- Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management and inventory control systems
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent process improvement expertise
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to C-level executives
