- Drive vendor management and strategic partnerships
- Implement KPI dashboards and performance analytics
- Ensure compliance with SOX and industry regulations
Qualifications
- 8+ years operations management experience in financial services
- Proven track record scaling high-growth operations teams
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent
- Strong analytical skills with SQL proficiency
- Experience managing remote/hybrid teams
- MS in Operations Management or related field
