Qualifications

- Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), and process automation
- Strong financial acumen with budget management P&L responsibility
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing remote teams
- Bachelor's degree in Operations/Business; MBA preferred
