Responsibilities
- Oversee critical operational workflows during overnight shifts, ensuring 99.9% uptime for mission-critical systems.
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing emergency response protocols and incident resolution.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, generating real-time dashboards for leadership review.
- Coordinate logistics with international partners across 3 time zones.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Conduct comprehensive shift handovers with precision documentation.
- Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and OSHA safety standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in operations/supply chain management with proven night shift leadership.
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Power BI.
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials.
- Exceptional crisis management and decision-making under pressure.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required.
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Logistics, or related field.
- Experience managing remote teams across multiple time zones.
