Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and vendor coordination
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals in warehouse, logistics, and customer service departments
- Develop/implement KPI-driven operational improvements targeting 15%+ efficiency gains
- Manage multimodal transportation networks (air, ocean, ground) with 99.5% on-time delivery standards
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain zero-accident safety culture
- Drive digital transformation initiatives including WMS implementation and automation projects
- Prepare $2M+ annual budgets and deliver 5% cost reduction targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive operations experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in supply chain optimization with measurable efficiency improvements
- Expertise in TMS/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Blue Yonder experience required)
- PMP or Six Sigma Green Belt certification strongly preferred
- Deep knowledge of Southern California logistics landscape and port operations
- Advanced Excel/Power BI skills for data-driven decision making
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with crisis management experience
