Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations during the weekend shift to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of employees to maintain high performance standards and safety protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock orders to prevent shortages and waste.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
- Prepare end-of-shift reports and maintain accurate handover documentation.
- Enforce all company policies and procedures strictly.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (Weekend Shift).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office).
