Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in operations/logistics management
- Proven track record in team leadership and process optimization
- Expertise with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification highly desirable
