Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across 3 fulfillment centers, ensuring 99.9% on-time delivery rates
- Develop and implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ staff members across warehousing, logistics, and vendor management
- Analyze KPIs to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous optimization
- Manage $2M+ operational budget with quarterly variance analysis
- Coordinate with IT on WMS/TMS system integrations and upgrades
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain zero-accident safety standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive operations experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt certification)
- Advanced proficiency in WMS/TMS platforms (Manhattan, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Excellent vendor negotiation and contract management abilities
- Track record of scaling operations during high-growth phases
- Valid Colorado driver's license and ability to travel 10% of time
