Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end operations across multiple departments including supply chain, logistics, and vendor management
- Develop and implement KPI-driven performance metrics to ensure operational efficiency and quality control
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals to execute strategic initiatives and process improvements
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions
- Manage annual budget of $5M+ with rigorous cost optimization strategies
- Drive digital transformation initiatives including ERP system implementation and automation
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in operations management with 3+ years in tech/startups
- Proven expertise in process optimization and Lean Six Sigma certification
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and P&L management
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking capabilities
