Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across production, logistics, and quality control departments
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead a cross-functional team of 15+ professionals through performance management and mentorship
- Analyze KPIs and data to drive strategic decisions and operational adjustments
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless workflow
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO, and industry-specific regulations
- Manage annual budget allocation and resource allocation for operational departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in operations management within manufacturing or distribution
- Proven track record of implementing lean methodologies and process optimization
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and operational software
- OSHA 30 certification and Six Sigma Green Belt certification required
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing diverse teams
- Must reside in or relocate to Mesa, AZ area
