The Role:
We are looking for a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between strategy and execution. As our Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our Phoenix facility, ensuring that our supply chain operates efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively.
Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service delivery across all departments.
- Process Optimization: Analyze current operational metrics and implement data-driven strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve turnaround times.
- Team Management: Supervise, train, mentor, and evaluate a diverse team of logistics professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute operational plans that align with company goals, including resource allocation and workflow restructuring.
- Budget Control: Manage operational budgets, forecast costs accurately, and identify areas for cost savings without compromising service quality.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in operations management or supply chain leadership.
