- Manage $5M+ operational budgets and vendor relationships
- Coordinate with C-suite on strategic operational initiatives
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards
Qualifications
- 8+ years in operations management with 3+ in leadership roles
- Proven experience scaling operations in high-growth environments
- Expertise in process optimization and Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Advanced proficiency in ERP/SAP systems and data analytics tools
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- Professional certification (CPIM, PMP, or Six Sigma) preferred
