Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end operational strategy development and execution across logistics, inventory, and vendor management
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to reduce costs and enhance productivity
- Manage cross-functional teams including warehouse, procurement, and customer service divisions
- Analyze KPIs and implement data-driven solutions to optimize operational performance metrics
- Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and compliance with industry regulations
- Develop annual operational budgets and ensure financial targets are met
- Coordinate disaster recovery plans and ensure business continuity protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive operations management experience in tech or logistics sectors
- Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Strong leadership background managing teams of 15+ professionals
- Experience scaling operations for high-growth startups or enterprises
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making skills
