Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years progressive experience in operations management with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven track record of optimizing complex operational workflows
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and data analytics tools
- Strong project management certifications (PMP/CPIM preferred)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience in regulated industries (government contracting a plus)
