Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic operational plans to support 30% annual growth targets
- Lead cross-functional teams in process optimization and cost reduction initiatives
- Oversee supply chain logistics, inventory management, and vendor relationships
- Implement KPI tracking systems and data-driven decision frameworks
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO 9001, and local regulations
- Manage $2M+ operational budgets with quarterly financial reviews
- Drive continuous improvement through Six Sigma methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years progressive operations experience in logistics/supply chain
- PMP or Six Sigma Black Belt certification required
- Proven leadership managing teams of 15+ professionals
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and WMS platforms
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/Power BI proficiency
- Multilingual capabilities (Spanish/English preferred)
- Experience scaling operations in high-growth environments
