Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across production, logistics, and quality control
- Develop/implement KPIs and process improvement initiatives
- Manage $5M+ operational budget and vendor relationships
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and ISO 9001 standards
- Analyze data to drive efficiency gains and cost reductions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations/Business (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years operations management experience
- Proven track record in lean manufacturing/six sigma
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong financial acumen and P&L management
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills
