Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across warehouse, distribution, and transportation departments
- Develop and implement KPI-driven performance improvement strategies
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve efficiency and cost-reduction targets
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service level agreements
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and industry regulations
- Coordinate disaster recovery planning and business continuity protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive operations leadership experience
- Proven expertise in supply chain optimization and process re-engineering
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel 10% of the time
