- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Analyze KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions
- Manage $5M+ operational budget with quarterly financial forecasting
- Collaborate with C-suite executives on company-wide operational strategy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years progressive experience in operations leadership
- Proven track record of optimizing complex logistics/supply chain processes
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and WMS platforms
- PMP or Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Power BI/SQL
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
