Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations for Ohio-based facilities, ensuring compliance with UK and US regulations
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market presence in Ohio's industrial corridor
- Manage cross-functional teams across Manchester and Columbus, fostering collaborative workflows
- Analyze operational KPIs and implement process improvements for efficiency gains
- Negotiate contracts with Ohio-based suppliers and distribution partners
- Lead quarterly on-site assessments in Ohio, maintaining operational standards

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations, or related field
- Minimum 7 years in operations management, with 3+ years in US market experience
- Proven track record in supply chain optimization and cross-border logistics
- Strong knowledge of Ohio's industrial landscape and regulatory environment
- Expertise in ERP systems and data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication skills with ability to navigate multicultural teams
- Professional certification in Six Sigma or PMP preferred
- Valid US passport and ability to travel quarterly to Ohio
