Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations including facilities management, vendor coordination, and inventory control
- Manage administrative staff performance, scheduling, and professional development
- Implement cost-saving measures and budget optimization strategies
- Coordinate executive travel, meeting logistics, and high-profile client events
- Develop and maintain comprehensive HR policies and compliance documentation
- Lead digital transformation initiatives for office technology systems
- Act as primary liaison for cross-departmental projects and initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years progressive office management experience in corporate environments
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Proven track record of managing budgets exceeding $500K
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification strongly preferred
- Exceptional conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
