Responsibilities
- Oversee all office operations including facilities management, procurement, and vendor coordination
- Manage administrative staff including reception, IT support, and facilities personnel
- Develop and maintain office policies, procedures, and emergency protocols
- Coordinate executive calendars, meeting logistics, and high-profile client events
- Administer office budget, expense reporting, and inventory management systems
- Lead office moves, relocations, and facility improvement projects
- Implement sustainability initiatives and compliance with DC regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required
- 5+ years progressive experience in office management or executive administration
- Proven expertise in budget management ($500K+) and vendor negotiations
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management software
- Strong knowledge of DC metropolitan area commercial real estate and services
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing remote/hybrid teams and hybrid work environments
- Professional certifications (CAFM, IFMA) preferred
