Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex IT infrastructure including cloud solutions, virtualization, and network security protocols
- Lead system migrations, upgrades, and disaster recovery planning for enterprise environments
- Provide Tier-3 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware/software issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business objectives
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and operational procedures
- Monitor system performance and implement security best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT systems administration
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and VMware virtualization
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Azure, or CCNP required
- Strong analytical skills with experience in troubleshooting complex technical issues
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills (bilingual English/Spanish preferred)
