Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions using modern technologies (Java, Python, React).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define and deliver high-quality features.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical planning sessions.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system stability.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and CI/CD pipelines.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and foster a culture of knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in at least two programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C++).
- Experience with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing requirements.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and security clearance processes.
