Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software code using modern languages and frameworks.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering and system architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code with a focus on scalability.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues to ensure system stability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Strong understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases and RESTful APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (Business Fluent).
- Willingness to relocate to Charlotte, NC or already have legal work authorization.
