Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Lead technical strategy and architecture decisions, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and user stories.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues, ensuring system stability and performance optimization.
- Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB).
- Proven track record of successfully leading projects from conception to deployment.
- Must be willing and able to relocate to Las Vegas, NV with our full assistance program.
