Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level network infrastructure and cloud solutions
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives including threat detection, vulnerability assessments, and compliance protocols
- Manage server administration across hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, on-premise)
- Provide Tier-3 technical support and mentor junior IT staff
- Oversee disaster recovery planning and business continuity processes
- Optimize system performance and implement automation solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital transformation projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive IT infrastructure administration experience
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization technologies
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA Security+, AWS SysOps, etc.)
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
