Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues across 200+ users
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems and peripherals
- Manage Active Directory accounts and basic network connectivity
- Document IT incidents and resolutions in ServiceNow platform
- Assist with cybersecurity awareness training and compliance initiatives
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- No prior IT experience required – recent graduates welcome!
- Valid US work authorization or visa sponsorship eligibility
- Basic understanding of computer hardware/software concepts
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in server environments
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (training provided)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
