Responsibilities
- Deliver remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage cloud infrastructure operations including AWS and Azure environments
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Document technical procedures and maintain comprehensive knowledge base
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex IT issues
- Provide end-user training on new technologies and best practices
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience with Windows/Linux systems
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and network protocols
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems and remote support tools
- Relevant work authorization for visa sponsorship (H1B, O1, TN candidates encouraged)
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently during flexible hours (including some evenings)
