Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) to support high-traffic applications.
- Lead the migration and modernization of legacy systems to microservices architectures.
- Implement and enforce robust security protocols and compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA).
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and junior developers.
- Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting for complex system issues.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT engineering, system administration, or software development.
- Proven experience with visa sponsorship processes (H1B, O-1, or other work permits).
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
