Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using modern web technologies.
- Collaborate with international cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and technical architecture planning sessions to ensure code quality.
- Troubleshoot complex bugs and optimize application performance for scalability.
- Engage in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and junior international hires.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience in full-stack development with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Strong proficiency in English (verbal and written) to facilitate seamless communication.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with database management systems (SQL, NoSQL).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Open to relocation to Tampa, FL, and willing to undergo the visa sponsorship process.
