Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable full-stack web applications using modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, and Node.js/Python.
- Lead the design and optimization of database schemas and APIs to ensure data integrity and high availability.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, technical mentoring, and knowledge-sharing sessions with junior developers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding product managers, designers, and QA engineersâto define features and user stories.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement performance optimizations to enhance application speed and user experience.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Expert knowledge of front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and state management libraries.
- Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
