Responsibilities
- Architect Solutions: Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using React, Node.js, and cloud infrastructure.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards (e.g., Git flow, CI/CD pipelines).
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers to define feature requirements and deliverables.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to architectural decisions that drive business growth.
- Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize application speed and scalability.
- API Development: Design and document RESTful and GraphQL APIs that integrate seamlessly with third-party services.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Python, or Java, and experience building RESTful APIs.
- Database: Solid understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
- Tools: Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
