Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS/GCP/Azure infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for microservices architecture
- Conduct performance tuning and cost optimization for cloud environments
- Develop secure, scalable solutions with zero-trust principles
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical reviews
- Present architectural blueprints to C-level stakeholders
Qualifications
- 8+ years of cloud engineering experience with AWS/GCP certification
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless technologies
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Java for automation
- Proven track record of optimizing cloud spend (>$1M environments)
- Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
