We are looking for a visionary Senior Architect to lead our engineering efforts in preparing our platforms for the technological landscape of 2026 and beyond. In this role, you will define the architectural standards for our next-generation neural networks, ensuring scalability, security, and ethical AI implementation.

Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design: Define and document the system architecture for complex AI-driven applications, ensuring alignment with 2026 scalability standards.
- Neural Network Optimization: Design efficient inference pipelines and model architectures that minimize latency and maximize throughput.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, product managers, and security experts to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Future-Proofing: Identify emerging technologies and trends (e.g., quantum computing integration, edge AI) to incorporate into our current roadmap.
- Code Quality & Mentorship: Establish rigorous coding standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Machine Learning infrastructure.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Cloud Expertise: Proven track record of designing systems on AWS or GCP.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex system failures and optimize performance under heavy load.
