As a part-time member of our IT team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our technological infrastructure and ensuring seamless operations for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Manage and maintain local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs).
- Monitor system performance and perform regular security audits.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations and servers.
- Document IT procedures and maintain accurate logs of all technical activities.
- Collaborate with the full-time engineering team on system upgrades and maintenance schedules.
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in IT support, networking, or system administration.
- Eligibility to work in the US and willingness to undergo visa sponsorship sponsorship process.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work part-time hours (approx. 20-30 hours per week) as required.
