Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) with proper safety protocols
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits)
- Maintain farm equipment and irrigation systems
- Adhere to all H2A program regulations and labor standards
- Perform field inspections and pest management tasks
- Assist with packing and shipping of agricultural products
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility required
- Minimum 1 year prior agricultural/farm experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills for team coordination
- Valid driver's license for equipment operation
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Pass pre-employment physical examination
