Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and produce high-fidelity 2D animations for web, mobile, and social media campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with art directors, copywriters, and developers to ensure seamless integration of motion assets.
- Manage the entire animation pipeline, from storyboarding and concept art to final rendering and optimization.
- Maintain and update our design system and style guides to ensure brand consistency.
- Provide mentorship and creative feedback to junior designers, fostering a culture of growth.
- Optimize assets for performance across various devices and browsers.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience in 2D motion design or animation.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating storytelling ability and technical proficiency.
- Experience with vector animation tools (e.g., Adobe Animate) or rigging is a plus.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising creative quality.
