Responsibilities
- Create high-fidelity 2D motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, social media, and web interfaces.
- Collaborate with the creative director and copywriters to translate concepts into compelling visual narratives.
- Maintain strict brand consistency across all motion assets while injecting creative flair.
- Optimize rendered animations for various platforms (Web, Mobile, Social) to ensure fast load times without sacrificing quality.
- Produce storyboards and rough cuts to visualize complex animation sequences before production.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to junior designers and junior motion artists.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D motion design or animation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Premiere Pro.
- Strong understanding of timing, spacing, and the principles of animation.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating a range of 2D animation styles (flat, isometric, kinetic typography, etc.).
- Experience with vector-based animation tools (Adobe Character Animator) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present concepts to clients and stakeholders.
