Responsibilities
- Assist in the packing, sorting, and labeling of incoming and outgoing merchandise.
- Load and unload trucks using manual and mechanical equipment safely.
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States (H2B Visa sponsorship available).
- No prior warehouse experience is necessary; a strong work ethic is required.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends during peak season.
