Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, sorting, and packing orders.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to adhere to safety regulations.
- Perform inventory counts and record data accurately into the management system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
- Handle packages with care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for or currently holding an EB3 visa (Unskilled Labor) or equivalent work authorization.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
