Responsibilities
- Perform general warehouse duties including packing, labeling, and sorting packages.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory control and stock organization.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to meet daily shipping targets.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred but not always required for unskilled roles).
- Basic English proficiency (reading and writing).
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
- Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
